About this course
This course prepares delegates for the BCS, Chartered Institute for IT certificate exam in Requirements Engineering. The course includes 20 hours of expert tutor led classroom work and exam preparation, followed by a 1-hour classroom-based written exam. All materials and refreshments, including lunch, will be provided. Pre-course reading and home study work will be sent to delegates prior to the course.
Course Target: Senior and Junior Business Analysts working on software and non-software projects, change consultants, business managers and their staff, software developers, project managers and anyone else tasked with delivering project requirements, including either traditional Waterfall or more dynamic Agile working environments.
TL;DR: This course will teach you a working FRAMEWORK that you can use to approach and manage the important activity of eliciting and managing requirements on complex projects. Most rework and quality issues on change projects originate in Requirements.
